In sync with the Fit India Movement launched by our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, on the occasion of 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, “SMILING TREE”, in association with Roshanara Club, is organizing a ‘Fit India Plogging Event’ on October 2, starting at app. 8:00 am. The participants belonging to all age groups will run, walk on a stretch of app.3 kms. and alongside also do their bit for the environment by collecting plastic waste littered around to be disposed off later in a garbage bin.
The event would commence and consequently culminate at the Nursery of Roshanara Club.
All members are invited to participate and are also requested to encourage their family & friends to participate and contribute towards making our country cleaner and fitter.
